PARTNERSHIP INFORMATION

GospelKids Conference plans to host 800-1000 people from Southern Ontario and beyond as we strive to equip and mobilize pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers and parents in the discipleship of children. Our main target audience is anyone who interacts with and is passion about the discipleship of children. Pastors, kids ministry directors, volunteers, youth leaders and parents are invited to attend.

EXHIBITOR LEVELS

    • 4 Conference Tickets

    • An exhibition table in a prominent high-traffic location

    • A prominent sponsor logo on website.

    • Full Page Conference Program advertisement

    • Verbal recognition of your organization as a platinum partner during main sessions

    • Advertising slide cycling on main screen before and after sessions

    • 60 - 120 seconds advertising video to be run in front of conference or 60 - 180 seconds verbal advertisement at beginning of session from representative

    • Option to run giveaway at conference that will be promoted at main session

    • Option to host breakfast, lunch or dinner at conference. Cost of lunch will be paid by sponsoring organization

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

    • One of the greatest parts of a conference are the snack breaks!

    • Refreshment sponsors will receive verbal recognition before the break, as well as their logo displayed on refreshment tables.

    • 5 refreshment breaks can be sponsored at $3,000 each.

    • Details: 1,000 cloth bags will be purchased for attendees. This offer allows one sponsor to print a logo and/or message on one side of the bag, such as a QR code linking to a page of your choice.

    • All content must be approved in advance.

    • Pricing: $5,000

    • Details: On the final day of both conferences, attendees will be asked to fill out a GKC survey form asking for contact information and about their conference experience.

    • At the end of the survey, participants will have the option to check a box to enter a sponsor's contest and receive sponsor updates. Following the close of the conference, CROSS will share contact information secured through sponsor's contest.

    • Sponsorship is not exclusive; up to three may be sold.

    • Requirements: Sponsor must provide a giveaway(s) with a value of at least $500. Giveaway winner(s) will be chosen by sponsor.
            Sample 1: Accommodations at retreat centre for a weekend.
                  Sample 2: $500 gift card for kid’s min resource.

    • Pricing: $5,000 (Does not include the cost of giveaway(s))

Apply for Partnership at GKC 2027

EXHIBITOR GENERAL INFORMATION:

1. We will provide one standard-sized table for you. Please bring your own table cloth, and indicate if your display will require additional space.

2. Set up can begin on May 13, 2027 at 3:00pm or on May 14, 2027 at 7:30am.

3. Access to power outlets and electrical hook-up will be an extra fee of $50 per outlet needed.

4. To indicate partnership interest, please fill out the above application form. We will review your request and, reply to your application within two weeks.

5. GospelKids reserves the right to deny organizations that do not align with the values and goals of our conference.

GUIDELINES FOR EXHIBITORS AT GKC

  • Sales & Handouts: Selling any item from the exhibit hall must be authorized and pre-approved by GospelKids prior to the conference.

  • Raffles/Draws: All raffles and draws are prohibited unless pre-approved.

  • Fundraising: Fundraising is not permitted at the conference unless pre-approved.

  • Roaming: Roaming is prohibited. Distribution of materials must be done only from the assigned booth space.

  • Accommodations: Partner ministries are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meals, unless previously discussed.

  • Supplies: Partner ministries must bring all necessary supplies for their exhibit.

  • Audio Use: Any use of audio equipment must be pre-approved by GospelKids leadership.

We desire to partner with organizations that support our vision, beliefs, and purpose and therefore each application goes through a careful review process.  An application that we do not accept should not be received as a rejection of the organization itself; we are simply trying to closely align our goals with the goals of partnering organizations.
