#1: MINISTRY COACHING SESSIONS
JUNE 4, 2026: 12:00-4:00PM
The Pre-Conference Coaching Sessions are a unique opportunity for personalized, one-on-one coaching with a GospelKids expert. After you register, you’ll receive a short intake form to let us know what areas of ministry or leadership you’d like to focus on. We’ll then pair you with a coach who can best serve your needs and provide you with your 45-minute time slot.
These sessions are designed to give you tailored insight, encouragement, and practical help for your specific ministry context. While you wait for your coaching appointment, you are welcome to participate in the Pre-Conference Workshop—you’ll simply step out for your coaching session at your assigned time. Note: You do not need to register for the pre-conference workshop as well. By registering for coaching, you are signed up for both events!
Upon registration, within a few weeks, you will receive an intake form for you to explain your ministry needs. This form will help us to select the best coach for you!

#2: PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOP
JUNE 4, 2026: 12:00-4:00PM
Join pastor and author Marty Machowski for an engaging, hands-on workshop designed to help you grow in studying and teaching the Bible to kids. Together, you’ll work through pre-assigned passages in small groups, exploring how to prepare and present children’s ministry lessons that are both faithful to Scripture and engaging for young hearts.
Throughout the workshop, Marty will inspire you with the call to “tell the story” (Exodus 10:1–2), share the four keys for reaching your classroom with the gospel—Prayer, Preparation, Presentation, and Power—and guide you in seeing how Christ is revealed throughout all of Scripture. This pre-conference experience will equip you with practical tools and renewed passion for making the gospel clear to the next generation.
