Frequently Asked Questions:

  • The mission of the GospelKids Conference 2026 is to equip and mobilize church leaders, volunteers, and families for the discipleship of children. The 2026 theme, “Gospel Truths by the Book,” emphasizes teaching and counseling children with clarity and conviction by rooting all ministry in the essential truths of the gospel as revealed in Scripture. Through main sessions, workshops, and fellowship, GKC 2026 aims to strengthen children’s ministry leaders with biblical truth, practical training, and Christ-centered encouragement to help the next generation know and follow Jesus.

It is critical to be mobilizing and equipping ministry workers for serving children and teaching the gospel, especially in the anti-Christian landscape of Canada.

  • The conference is being planned and hosted by Hespeler Baptist Church.

  • The GospelKids Conference is rooted in historic, evangelical convictions that align with the Statement of Faith of Hespeler Baptist Church. We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant Word of God and our final authority for faith and practice. The gospel of Jesus Christ—His life, death, resurrection, and promised return—stands at the center of our mission to equip leaders and families for discipling children.

GKC 2026 emphasizes the sufficiency of Scripture, the necessity of salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone, and the calling of the church to pass on the faith to the next generation. These convictions shape our theme, “Gospel Truths by the Book,” reminding us that every aspect of children’s ministry must flow from God’s Word and point children to Jesus.
